A healing session includes a full hour of Reiki ‘hands on healing’ with intuitively selected crystals placed on the body to suit each client together with a full Aura Cleanse, Chakra Balance, and Crystal Card Reading.
Treatment as stated above includes:
- Aura Repair Repairing defects - specific aura damage due to prolonged stress, illness or emotional trauma, releasing etheric cords and negative energy.
- Chakra Balancing Specific treatment of balancing each of the main seven chakras individually so that they are open and energised, bright in colour, and equal in size.
- Crystal Card Reading A crystal card reading can provide further insight into the client’s present life situation or present state of being, these crystals will be used during the healing session.

Holistic Counselling takes the Soul, rather than the Mind (as in mainstream counselling based mainly in science) as its starting point of balance. It has an expanded view of life, recognising that the world is a complex mystery and it takes into account belief systems, universal and personal energy systems, intuitive psychic realities, karmic interplay, subconscious and superconscious states of awareness, metaphysical experiences, spiritual presence and higher-self cosmic connections.
Ultimately, the idea of holistic counselling is to help the client to overcome or work through a present conflict caused by a past event which is stopping them from moving forward, and to enable clients to make better choices and decisions to action. The emphasis is on wholeness of the mind-body-spirit connection and the importance of Self-Awareness, together with developing an understanding that every challenging event has the potential for spiritual growth

Coaching has been defined as a professional relationship that helps the client to achieve special results or performances. Unlike counselling, the idea of coaching is to leave past events behind and focus on the present and the client’s interest to reach a set goal within a set timeframe. Therefore, coaching kicks in when people are ready to move forward and feel they need a coach to have them challenged in defining and fulfilling their goals
