What does it mean by ‘International PlatinumTraining Provider’?

A.

Holistic Harmony has been recognised by the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) for the qualifications of Jacqueline Travis as a teacher and the professionalism, quality, and contents of the company’s course student manuals.

The IICT has also recognised Holistic Harmony as a Platinum Training Provider due to the quality and course structure, and demonstrative skills of the teacher.

Am I able to practise as a therapist/practitioner after completion of the courses and workshops?

A.

Yes. After completion of the course or workshop (with the exception of Reiki Level 1) you are immediately qualified as a practitioner or therapist to carry out your services in a professional capacity.

Are the courses certified?

A.

Yes. A certificate is afforded to each student on completion of the course or workshop.

Are the courses and workshops accredited?

A.

Yes. Courses are internationally accredited with the IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists). This enables you to register your practise and obtain insurance if required.

What is included in the price of the courses and workshops?

A.

The price includes certificates, handouts, and manuals. Along with pre-course reading material (Reiki only) and post course material for all courses and on-going support.

Morning and afternoon teas are also provided, along with all course materials during the practice sessions.

What do I need to bring on the courses and workshops?

A.

All course materials are provided for, including crystals and massage tables for the practice sessions for all courses. Light refreshments are provided for morning and afternoon tea. However, you will need to bring your own lunch.

Where are the courses and workshops held?

A.

All courses in Queensland are held on the Gold Coast. The Crystal Healing and Metaphysics courses and the Reiki classes are held at the Holistic Harmony Centre, 34 Michelmore Road, Carrara.

What is the cancellation policy?

A.

If you wish to cancel a full refund will be given minus the deposit paid, provided at least 14 days notice is given in writing prior to the first day of the course. If for some unforeseen circumstance we have to cancel a course or workshop we will transfer you to the next scheduled workshop or course. If the next course date is not suitable we may refund you the full cost, including deposit,  at our discretion. (see Terms and Conditions for examples). Note: date changes may sometimes apply.

What is the refund policy?

A.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a course or workshop, you may transfer to the next course or workshop at no charge (subject to placement availability). All payments are fully refundable minus the deposit (see terms and conditions for examples), providing 14 days notice is given in writing prior to the first day of the course.

Do the ‘specials’ have to be paid in full at the time of booking?

When do I pay the balance?

A.

Balance is to be received 14 days prior to start date for full price courses and workshops, and 30 days prior to start date to qualify for early bird discount price.

How do I secure a place on the course or workshop?

A.

A deposit of $200 is required to secure your place on all workshops or courses or payment in full if applicable.

By what method can I pay for a course or workshop?

A.

When you click on the PAYNOW button on any of the workshops or courses you will be taken to a paypal webpage and there you can pay by either:

  • Cash
    Conditions apply. Contact for further details.
  • Paypal - if you have a paypal account
    Just fill in your details and it will ask you to log in your paypal details.
  • Credit Card
    Even if you DO NOT have a paypal account you can pay here. When the paypal page opens there
    is a link asking you if you want to pay with credit card.
  • Internet Banking
    You can transfer directly into our bank account. If transferring directly into the account please email to let us know that you have done this.

Can I book a workshop online?

A.

Yes ... you can book any workshop or course online. At the bottom of the workshop or course page there will be a PAYNOW button - click on that and follow the prompts and this will allow you to book your place on any workshop. Only after payment has been received is your place guaranteed on any course or workshop as places are limited.

How do I find out more about the workshops?

A.

Click on the ‘TRAINING’ link at the top followed by the link of the individual course or workshop you want more information about. You can also click on the Holistic Harmony Course Prospectus links for more information or to download. If that does not answer your question please email me by going to the contact page.
